High Intensity Team Training

Marathons are boring. So are gyms. We reinvented endurance events, now we're reinventing your workout. Plus, big box gyms don't even work. We know. That's why we spent the past year incognito, prototyping and developing a unique program designed to challenge and train all levels, combining high intensity interval training with team workouts.

This is not an indoor jungle gym - there aren't any obstacles. It's functional fitness for life, not just a Tough Mudder event. Each day’s 45 minute class delivers a full-body workout that is fun, unique and challenging. Our 6 classes are built against four fitness pillars - Power, Strength, Endurance and Agility - and each class is supported by our custom tech platform that delivers movements at each class station, allowing coaches to actually coach. Plus, there are new workouts daily, keeping classes diverse and exciting.

How long is the workout?

The workout is 45 minutes of high-intensity interval training. All movements can be scaled to different fitness levels from newbie to pro-athlete, but whoever you are come expecting to sweat!

Is it only for people running Tough Mudder events?

Absolutely not. Whilst attending Tough Mudder Bootcamp workouts will put you in great shape for running a Tough Mudder event, it will also put you in great shape for just about anything else. We train functional movement which will help you perform better in athletics, but also in everyday life, whether it be running around after the kids or lifting grocery bags.

Do I have to be in good shape to attend?

Nope. The 6 different Tough Mudder Bootcamp classes have all been designed to challenge participants of different levels, with modifications for beginners and advanced folks.
